In the year 2010 we have already held a number of Chaine events in Moscow and St Petersburg. In February 2010 in St Petersburg we held National Young Cooks' Competition. Eight young and ambitios professionals competed for the right to represent Russia at the International Finals of the Young Cooks' Competition that will take place in Helsinki in September 2010. And the winner is Pavel Belyalov from the Grand Hotel Europe. We have already developed and started special training program for him. We wish Pavel good luck in Finland this autumn!

The preparations of the Grand Chapitre which will take place on November 25-28, 2010 are at present already at full speed. For the 9th time the beautiful Saint Petersburg will host the International Grand Chapitre of Bailliage de Russie. Also a facultative program in Moscow will be offered to those Chaine members who wish to explore the Capital of Russia. I cordially welcome you to our Grand Chapitre. A number of Diners Amical is planned this year in both Moscow and St Petersburg. Please follow News section to learn the latest updates of our Calendar of Events.
Bailliages National worldwide are inviting you, dear members, to join and to participate in their Grand Chapitres. In May 2009 I will participate in the 42nd Grand Chapitre of Italy. I encourage you all to take the opportunity to travel and discover different fascinating countries and superb gastronomic delights of top local restaurants in the world. Sharing the pleasures of fine dining and good wines with Chaine members is the perfect occasion for both creating new bonds of friendship and networks and developing the gastronomic values.
I like to conclude by expressing the wish that both Bailliage Regional Moscow and Saint Petersburg will continue to grow this year, and that we all together can welcome many new members.
